container (8 ounces) lemon fat-free yogurt

cup unsweetened frozen, fresh or canned (drained) sliced peaches
3/4
cup calcium-fortified orange juice

tablespoons blueberries, if desired

  • 1 Place yogurt, peaches and orange juice in blender. Cover and blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth.
