These light and lovely lemon gems are a standout on the dessert tray at any celebration. Better yet, they're very easy to prepare using jarred lemon curd and mini fillo shells. MORE + LESS -

Ingredients

jar (10 oz) lemon curd (about 1 cup)

package (1.9 oz) frozen mini fillo shells (15 shells), thawed

fresh blackberries

small fresh mint leaves

    Divide lemon curd equally among fillo shells. Top each with 1 blackberry and 1 mint leaf.

Expert Tips

Recipe can be easily double or tripled.

If you cannot find the fillo shells, you can make your own shells using fillo (phyllo) pastry sheets. Cut and place squares into a mini muffin pan and bake as directed on the package.

Substitute fresh raspberries or blueberries, if desired.
