Ingredients

  • Rosemary-Mint Sauce
  • 1 1/2 pounds lean ground lamb
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped (1/4 cup)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

Steps

    Make Rosemary-Mint Sauce.
  • 2
    Mix remaining ingredients. Shape mixture into 6 patties.

    Spray 12-inch skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium heat. Cook patties in skillet 5 minutes; turn. Cook 3 to 5 minutes longer or until no longer pink in center. Serve with sauce.
