small jalapeño chile, seeds removed, finely chopped

tablespoon fresh lime juice

tablespoon rice vinegar

    In medium bowl, mix all ingredients. Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Expert Tips

  • Using 1 jalapeño chile makes a mild-medium salsa. Add another if you like it hot!
  • This salsa is best served the day it’s made, but allowing it to chill for an hour before serving does help develop the flavors.
  • You can easily double or triple this recipe for a crowd! To keep it even easier, buy pre-cut fresh pineapple.
