A Gobble-y Good Pancake

By Cassie Rangel
We all know turkey is traditionally the staple for Thanksgiving dinner, but this bird also makes for a delicious breakfast even the resident vegetarian will enjoy.

The turkey was made using this classic Bisquick® Pancake recipe. An Asian pear was used to create the feet and beak, while a red apple makes the wattle. A tiny dot of yogurt gives a glint to its raisin eyes. A carved green Anjou pear, red apple and a thin layer of chocolate hazelnut spread were applied to the pancake base to create the plumage.
