Our Secret Weapon for Upgrading Boring Dinners

Created January 10, 2017
With its simple sauces and trademark seasonings, The Good Table takes dinners from basic to memorable in less than 30 minutes.

Goodbye, boring dinners! You can dress up chicken with simple sauces and seasonings from the Good Table and have a tasty, home-cooked weeknight dinner ready to serve to your family in 30 minutes. Skeptical? Don’t be! We prepared two speedy chicken dinners using the Good Table and the results were nothing short of delicious.

Parmesan and Herb Chicken + Italian Chopped Salad

Inside the Parmesan and Herb package, you’ll find a creamy basil sauce and parmesan-herb coating. Simply divide the sauce and the coating into two separate bowls and coat 3-4 chicken breasts in sauce first, then cover with coating and bake on a baking sheet at 400°F for 25-27 minutes.

Meanwhile, make an Italian Chopped Salad to pair with the chicken. This crunchy, tangy and bright salad is bursting with flavor thanks to crispy salami, pickled peppers and homemade croutons and dressing.

Crunchy Thai Peanut Chicken + Easy Asian Cabbage Salad

Delicious roasted garlic sauce and a crunchy Thai peanut coating are inside the Crunchy Thai Peanut package. Follow the same method as the above: Coat chicken breasts in the sauce, then cover with the coating and bake at 400°F for 25-27 minutes.

To add extra Asian zing to this meal, we served the chicken alongside an Easy Asian Cabbage Salad. Cole slaw, ramen noodles and bottled dressing make this side dish extra tasty and easy—it’s ready in just 20 minutes!

We tried the Southwest Tortilla and Lemon and Herb flavors, too! See how we serve them here.
