Spice up your slow cooker with a ranch dip that features chicken and a few key ingredients that kick up the heat.
Slow-Cooker Spicy Ranch Dip

This time of year (and every other time of the year, really) is perfect for dips and nothing makes a creamy and cheesy dip quite like the slow cooker. When people gather together for the game or for special occasions, it’s nice to have an easy appetizer on hand to keep people munching until the main event. Happy bellies make for happy get-togethers!

This slow-cooker spicy ranch dip is loaded with cream cheese, ranch, jalapeños, and bits of tender, shredded chicken. I served this with Food Should Taste Good sweet potato tortilla chips, but I have a feeling that the blue corn tortilla chips would be just as fabulous.

To make this, you’ll need cream cheese, chicken, Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, pickled jalapeños, ranch seasoning and cayenne.

Add all of the ingredients to the slow cooker.

Give it a good stir until all of the ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Cook the dip on high for two hours and then reduce the heat to warm or low for serving.
