What ingredient can I add to my teriyaki chicken so it isn't so salty?

Hi,

 

We have several recipes for Teriyaki Chicken.  In looking at this recipe, you could use reduced sodium Soy Sauce and use the orange juice rather than the sherry.  That should keep your sodium down.
