Fudgy brownies baked in a muffin pan - the best! You only need about 2 tablespoons of batter in each cup and they bake at 350 for about 15 to 20 minutes - do not overbake them. Don't worry about having extras. They freeze nicely for about 2 months. What a nice treat to have stashed in the freezer!
