- Make snack mix; store in resealable plastic bags.
The Day Before
- Make and decorate the train cake (the birthday kid may want to help).
The Morning Of
- Make limeade; chill in refrigerator.
- Prep ingredients for the Round House Tortilla Wedges (wait to assemble the stacks so the tortillas don't get soggy).
- If serving ice cream, scoop into muffin tin with paper liners. Freeze until cake time (remove from freezer about 15 minutes before serving, so it's easier to eat).
About 30 Minutes Before Serving Guests
- Assemble Round House Tortilla Wedges; bake.
