Rotisserie chicken, fresh berries and a yogurt dressing whip up into a delicious dinner salad. MORE + LESS -

Ingredients

Lemon-Ginger Dressing

cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4
cup Yoplait® Original yogurt lemon burst
1/2
teaspoon sugar
1/4
to 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Dash salt

Salad

cups chopped deli rotisserie chicken (from 2- to 2 1/2-lb chicken)

cup chopped celery
1/2
cup chopped walnuts

cup sliced or quartered strawberries
Bibb lettuce

    In small bowl, mix all dressing ingredients.

    In large bowl, mix chicken, celery and walnuts. Add dressing; toss. Fold in strawberries. Serve on lettuce.

Expert Tips

Fill small dinner rolls with the chicken salad for buffet sandwiches.

Use peaches or raspberries for the strawberries and your favorite nut for the walnuts.
