Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup whipping (heavy) cream
  • 2 tablespoons granulated or powdered sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Steps

  • 1
Beat all ingredients in chilled small bowl with electric mixer on high speed until stiff.

Tips from the Betty Crocker Kitchens

  • tip 1
The sugar stabilizes the whipping process, helping the cream to stay stiff longer.
  • tip 2
Whipping cream whips best when the bowl is chilled. Go ahead and chill the beaters, too, for even better results!
