  • 1 cup cantaloupe melon balls
  • 1 cup honeydew melon balls
  • 1 cup watermelon melon balls
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1 cup sugar-free ginger ale, chilled
  • 3 oz (6 tablespoons) rum
  • Splash coconut water
  • Cocktail picks

Steps

  • 1
Dip rim of each of 2 drinking glasses in honey; coat rims with sugar.
  • 2
Fill glasses with melon balls. Squeeze lime juice over melon balls in each glass. Divide ginger ale and rum between glasses. Top each with splash of coconut water. Serve with cocktail picks for spearing melon balls as cocktails are sipped.

Tips from the Betty Crocker Kitchens

  • tip 1
Turbinado sugar is a coarse, natural brown sugar, available in most grocery stores by the sugar cubes and organic sugars.
  • tip 2
Save calories by rimming the drinks with lime, rather than honey!
