Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, undrained
  • 1/3 cup olive or vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts

Instructions

  • Step

    Place all ingredients in food processor. (Do not use blender.)

    Cover and process about 3 minutes, stopping occasionally to scrape sides, until smooth.
