Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup sugar-free ginger ale
  • 3 oz (6 tablespoons) strawberry-flavored vodka
  • 3 to 6 tablespoons fresh lime juice (3 medium limes)
  • 1 teaspoon powdered stevia
  • 3 cups ice
  • Fresh strawberries or lime wedges, if desired

Steps

    In blender, place all ingredients except fresh strawberries. Cover; blend until whipped.
  • 2
    Spoon mixture into 2 to 4 medium drinking glasses. Garnish each with fresh strawberry.
