Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups Progresso™ chicken broth (from 32-ounce carton)
  • 2 cups broccoli flowerets
  • 1 cup cut-up fully cooked smoked turkey
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh tarragon leaves or 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves
  • 1/2 cup uncooked couscous
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 ounces)

Steps

    Heat broth to boiling in 10-inch skillet. Stir in broccoli, turkey and tarragon. Cover and cook 3 to 4 minutes or until broccoli is crisp-tender.

    Stir in couscous; remove from heat. Cover and let stand about 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.

    Fluff couscous mixture with fork. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and let stand 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
