Slow-Cooker Southern Green Beans

Try this slow cooked salad made using Progresso™ chicken broth, green beans and ham - a simple and delicious side dish. MORE + LESS -

Ingredients

carton (32 oz) Progresso™ chicken broth (4 cups)

lb fresh green beans, trimmed, cut into 2-inch pieces

cups chopped red onions (2 large)

cup chopped cooked ham

tablespoons white vinegar

teaspoon freshly ground pepper

cloves garlic, finely chopped

    Spray 4- to 5-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In slow cooker, mix all ingredients.

    Cover; cook on Low heat setting 8 hours (or on High heat setting 4 hours). Serve with slotted spoon.
