    I adapted this recipe for Rocky Road Pretzel Bites to include luscious dark chocolate. These simple, no-bake treats are the perfect ending to a game-watching celebration. Make them festive by putting sprinkles on top in your team's colors!

    Step 1:  Lay pretzels out on parchment paper on a lipped baking sheet.

    Step 2: Using the double boiler method, melt the chocolate until smooth, then fold in marshmallows and nuts.

    Step 3: Spoon the desired amount of chocolate on top of the pretzels and let dry for about 15 minutes. They’re ready!

Ingredients

  • 6 oz milk chocolate, chopped
  • 2 oz bittersweet baking chocolate or mildly sweet dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1/3 cup coarsely chopped cashews
  • 1/3 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 24 lattice pretzels or small pretzel twists

Instructions

  • Step

    Line large cookie sheet with waxed paper or cooking parchment paper. In medium microwavable bowl, microwave chocolates uncovered on High about 1 minute or until chocolates can be stirred smooth. Fold in cashews and marshmallows.

    Arrange pretzels on cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Spoon heaping teaspoon chocolate onto each pretzel. Let stand in cool place until set, about 15 minutes (do not refrigerate).
