  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 2 mangoes or papayas, peeled, pitted and sliced
  • 1/2 honeydew melon, peeled, seeded and thinly sliced
  • 2 cups watermelon balls
  • 3/4 cup seedless red grape halves
  • Watercress, if desired

Steps

  • 1
In tightly covered container, shake all dressing ingredients until well blended.
  • 2
Arrange fruits on 6 plates. Drizzle with dressing. Garnish with watercress.

Tips from the Betty Crocker Kitchens

  • tip 1
You can use any type of salad green in place of the watercress. Try green leaf lettuce or fresh spinach leaves for a pretty salad garnish.
  • tip 2
You don’t have to buy special equipment to make watermelon balls. A small ice-cream or cookie-dough scoop will do the job!
