Raspberry-Brie Bundles

Raspberry-Brie Bundles

Using just three ingredients, you can create a one-bite wonder that's perfect for an appetizer or dessert tray.

  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry (from 17.3-oz box), thawed
  • 2 tablespoons raspberry preserves
  • 3 oz Brie cheese, cut into 12 cubes

    Heat oven to 400°F. Line cookie sheet with nonstick aluminum foil.

    Spread puff pastry on work surface. Cut into 12 squares, 4 rows by 3 rows. Divide raspberry preserves and Brie cheese evenly among squares, placing in center of each.

    Working with 1 square at a time, gather sides up diagonally, pressing gently to seal. Place on cookie sheet.

    Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!

  • Not a fan of raspberry? Try another sweet-tart flavor like orange marmalade instead.
