container (6 oz) Yoplait® Original piña colada yogurt
oz (half of 8-oz package) 1/3-less-fat cream cheese (Neufchâtel), softened
container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
teaspoon coconut extract
tablespoons shredded coconut, toasted
Variety of fresh fruit for dipping (such as orange slices, pineapple, strawberries and other berries)

    In medium bowl, mix yogurt, cream cheese, whipped topping and coconut extract until well blended. Sprinkle with toasted coconut.

    Serve immediately with fruit for dipping, or cover and refrigerate up to 48 hours.

Expert Tips

  • To add some extra sweetness to this dip, mix in 2 tablespoons instant coconut pudding mix with the other ingredients.
  • Serve with skewers of fruit for a fun, luau theme!
