How can dinner look this impressive and taste so delicious, yet only take 10 minutes to prep? It may just be a bit of magic. This super-simple-to-prepare main dish looks like it could be served at a white tablecloth restaurant, but only takes 10 minutes of active prep. For a truly stress-free experience, see our tips for make-ahead directions.

Coming from our archives of recipes we developed over the past 100 years, this savory roast with a peppered crust appears in our Found Recipes cookbook. It’s moist, tender, and oh so delicious when paired with the creamy-rich flavor of horseradish sauce. You can whip up the sauce while the beef is roasting away in your oven. This is a top pick for when you want a dinner that’s sure to impress but is easy to make. It would make a great option for a special birthday or anniversary dinner or even as the main event on your holiday table! Serve it with extra-cheesy au gratin potatoes, cooked green beans, and your favorite rolls with butter, and dinner is served!
