Bake up these spooky sweet Halloween cupcakes topped with a PEEPS® marshmallow.

Ingredients

  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ Devil's Food Cake Mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on cake mix box
  • 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Chocolate Frosting
  • 1 cup finely crushed creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies (8 cookies)
  • 24 PEEPS® brand marshmallow tombstones

Steps

    Heat oven to 375°F. Place paper baking cup in each of 24 regular-size muffin cups. Make cake batter as directed on box. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups. Bake as directed on box for cupcakes. Cool in pans 10 minutes; remove from pans to cooling racks. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.

    Frost cupcakes with chocolate frosting. Sprinkle cookie crumbs on large plate. Carefully dip cupcake tops into crumbs to look like dirt. Place PEEPS® marshmallow tombstone on top of each cupcake.
