Soaking Nature Valley™ toasted oats muesli in kefir adds extra protein for a breakfast that will last until lunchtime.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Nature Valley™ toasted oats muesli blueberry
  • 1/2 cup vanilla kefir
  • 1/2 fresh peach or nectarine, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Steps

    In small bowl, mix muesli and kefir. Cover and refrigerate at least 5 hours but no longer than 10 hours.

    Top with peaches and a drizzle of honey just before serving.

Tips from the Betty Crocker Kitchens

  • tip 1
    Any flavor of yogurt can be substituted for kefir in this recipe. Mix 1/4 cup regular yogurt with 1/4 cup low-fat milk, and add to muesli. If using Greek yogurt, soak muesli in kefir or milk first, and top with Greek yogurt.

    Plum, pluot or mango can be substituted for the peach.
