Ingredients

  • 3 medium nectarines, chopped
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons orange-flavored liqueur or orange juice
  • 4 oz (half of 8-oz package) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 4 cinnamon graham cracker rectangles, coarsely crushed

    In small bowl, mix nectarines, granulated sugar and orange liqueur. Let stand 15 minutes or until syrup forms.

    In medium bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Add whipping cream; beat on low speed until blended. Beat on high speed until stiff peaks form.

    To serve, divide half of the fruit among 4 (8-oz) parfait glasses or dessert dishes. Top with half of the cream cheese mixture and half of the graham crackers. Repeat layers. Serve immediately.
