No cooking required! Two types of cheese, berries and tropical fruit is all you need to put together these fruit kabobs in 20 minutes straight - serve with yogurt-honey mixture for dipping.

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-oz.) container low-fat plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 8 fresh whole strawberries
  • 8 chunks fresh or canned pineapple
  • 8 chunks cantaloupe
  • 8 cubes Muenster or mozzarella cheese (4 oz.)*
  • 8 cubes mild Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)

    In small bowl, combine yogurt and honey; mix well. Thread fruit and cheese on 8 (6-inch) bamboo skewers. Serve kabobs with yogurt-honey mixture for dipping.
