Four ingredients, five minutes, coffee-shop drinks for two—you can do it!

Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana, cut into chunks
  • 2 cups light chocolate soymilk
  • 2 teaspoons instant coffee granules or crystals
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Steps

    In blender or food processor, place banana, soymilk, coffee granules and vanilla. Cover; blend on high speed about 15 seconds or until smooth. Add ice cubes. Cover; blend about 15 seconds or until blended.

    Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.
