    Heat nonstick griddle or skillet over medium-low heat (300°F). Brush with vegetable oil, if necessary.

    In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, milk, cocoa, sugar, butter, vanilla, salt and eggs with whisk until well blended.

    For each pancake, scoop generous 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle. Cook about 1 minute or until bubbly on top and dry around edges. Turn; cook until light golden brown.

    To assemble each pancake stack, place one pancake on serving plate. Spread with generous 1 teaspoon hazelnut spread. Top with another pancake. Top with generous 1 teaspoon hazelnut spread and another pancake. Spread or drizzle generous 1 teaspoon hazelnut spread over top of stack. Top each pancake stack with about 1/3 cup raspberries.
