Ingredients

  • 6 ounces uncooked fettuccine
  • 1/3 cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh or 1 tablespoon freeze-dried chives
  • 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon margarine, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper

Steps

    Cook and drain fettuccine as directed on package—except omit salt. Mix remaining ingredients; toss with fettuccine.
