Ingredients

  • 4 plastic cups (9-oz size)
  • 5 kiwifruit, peeled
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 craft sticks (flat wooden sticks with round ends)

Steps

    Place plastic cups in rectangular pan.
  • 2
    In blender, place 4 of the kiwifruit and the honey. Cover; blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until pureed. Add water. Pulse to combine.

    Cut remaining kiwifruit into 4 slices. Place 1 slice in bottom of each cup. Insert stick into slice.
  • 4
    Divide mixture evenly among cups. Freeze about 2 hours or until firm. To serve, remove from cups.
