Ingredients

  • 2 cups ground coffee
  • 12 cups water
  • Sugar, if desired
  • Whipping (heavy) cream, if desired

Steps

    Prepare medium-strength coffee, using 1 cup of the ground coffee and 6 cups of the water; cool.

    Pour into 3 to 4 ice-cube trays; freeze at least 4 hours but no longer than 24 hours.

    Prepare medium-strength coffee, using remaining 1 cup ground coffee and 6 cups water. Place coffee cubes in pitcher; pour coffee into pitcher. Serve with sugar and cream.
