Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves
  • 1 teaspoon garlic pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)

Steps

    Mix all ingredients.

    Spread rub evenly on 1 pound boneless meat (pork or beef). Cover and refrigerate 15 minutes. Grill meat as desired.
