Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons (1 oz) dark rum
  • 2 tablespoons (1 oz) light rum
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh gingerroot
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons (3/4 oz) lime juice
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons (3/4 oz) orange juice
  • Ice
  • 1/4 cup (2 oz) cranberry juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice

Steps

    In cocktail shaker, add dark rum and light rum. Add gingerroot, then use end of wooden spoon to muddle ginger, releasing its flavor into rum.

    Add lime juice, orange juice and ice; shake until cold. Pour into cocktail glass filled with ice. Slowly pour cranberry juice into glass; garnish with allspice.
