The pretty ice ring used in this thirst-quenching punch doubles as an attractive garnish.

Ingredients

  • Grape Ice Ring
  • 3 cans (12 ounces each) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 1 can (12 ounces) frozen white grape juice concentrate, thawed
  • 2 1/2 quarts cold water
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 bottles (28 ounces each) ginger ale, chilled

Steps

    Make Grape Ice Ring (below).
  • 2
    Mix concentrates, water and ground ginger in large punch bowl; stir in ginger ale.

    Place Grape Ice Ring, fruit side up, in punch bowl.

    Make the ice ring up to 2 days ahead. You can pull it out and use it for this party punch just as your guests arrive!

    Strawberry slices will also look nice frozen in the grape ice ring. Use clean, sliced strawberries in place of some or all of the grapes.
