Ingredients

  • 1 quart (4 cups) creamy coleslaw (from deli)
  • 2 large nectarines or peaches, cubed (2 cups)
  • 1/2 cup dry-roasted peanuts

    In large bowl, mix all ingredients.

    This pretty, flavorful coleslaw can be made up to 24 hours ahead of time by combining the coleslaw and nectarines, and refrigerating. Stir in the peanuts just before serving.

    Serve this easy salad in a cabbage bowl. All you do is cut a large head of cabbage in half and remove some of the inner leaves to make a serving bowl.
