Ingredients

  • 1 large tomato, finely chopped (1 cup)
  • 1 small green bell pepper, finely chopped (3/4 cup)
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped unpeeled cucumber
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped radishes or red onion
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 jalapeño chili, seeded and finely chopped
