Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 2 1/2 cups hot water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 package Hamburger Helper™ three cheese
  • 1 package (16 ounces) frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup frozen sweet peas
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Steps

    Cook beef in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain.

    Stir in hot water, milk, uncooked Pasta, Sauce Mix, broccoli, cauliflower and carrots and Italian seasoning. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.

    Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in peas. Cover and cook about 5 minutes or until pasta is tender. Stir in sour cream; sprinkle with cheese.
