Ingredients

  • 1 lb extra-lean (at least 93%) ground beef
  • 1 packet (1 oz) Old El Paso™ Original Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 1 can (4 oz) Old El Paso™ Chopped Green Chiles
  • 1 package (6.7 oz) Old El Paso™ Flour Soft Tortilla Bowls (8 Count)
  • Make it FRESH toppings, if desired (see below)

    In 10-inch nonstick skillet, cook beef over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain. Stir in taco seasoning mix and green chiles. Cook 2 to 3 minutes longer or until beef is thoroughly cooked and seasoning is well combined.

    While beef is cooking, heat tortillas and assemble toppings. Divide beef mixture among shells; finish with desired fresh toppings.
