Ingredients

  • 1 Fiber One™ 90 calorie cinnamon coffee cake
  • 1 tablespoon Neufchâtel cream cheese or 1/3 less fat cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1/2 teaspoon unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or your milk of choice)
  • 1 packet sugar-free sweetener
  • Dash ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons roasted pecans, chopped

Steps

  • 1
    Mix cream cheese, almond milk and sweetener, then pour it into a piping bag and pipe in a circle pattern over microwave-warmed coffee cake. Sprinkle it with pecans and cinnamon and enjoy.
