tablespoon Neufchâtel cream cheese or 1/3 less fat cream cheese at room temperature
1/2
teaspoon unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or your milk of choice)

packet sugar-free sweetener
Dash ground cinnamon

teaspoons roasted pecans, chopped
