Nutella® hazelnut spread and fresh berries top this cookie tart for a dessert that is easy but never fails to impress.

Ingredients

Cookie Tart

Topping

  • 3/4 cup Nutella® hazelnut spread
  • 1 1/2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

Steps

    Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 12-inch pizza pan with cooking spray.

    In medium bowl, stir Cookie Tart ingredients until soft dough forms. Press dough evenly in pan.

    Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool completely in pan on cooling rack, about 1 hour.

    When ready to serve, spread hazelnut chocolate spread evenly over cookie base, leaving 1/2-inch border. Arrange berries over hazelnut chocolate layer. Cut into wedges. Store loosely covered in refrigerator.

    To make the cookie tart more delicious, serve with sweetened whipped cream. To make 1 1/2 cups whipped cream, place medium deep bowl and beaters in freezer or refrigerator to chill. Place 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream and 1 tablespoon powdered sugar in chilled bowl. Beat with electric mixer on low speed until mixture begins to thicken. Add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla; beat on high speed until whipped cream forms soft peaks.

    If you don’t have a pizza pan, you can make the cookie by pressing it out to form a 12-inch round on a large greased cookie sheet.
