Clementine Blackberry Sangria

Ingredients

bottle sweet white wine

packet sugar-free orange-flavored drink mix, if desired

teaspoon powdered stevia

cups fresh or frozen (thawed) blackberries

lb clementines, sliced

    In large pitcher, stir together wine and drink mix. Add clementine slices. Cover; refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to allow clementine flavor to infuse into wine.

    Just before serving, in medium bowl, sprinkle stevia over blackberries. Using fork or pestle, muddle slightly. Spoon blackberry mixture into each of 8 wine glasses. Top with clementine-infused wine and clementine slices. Serve immediately.

Expert Tips

  • Cut the calories in this delicious sangría by filling half of your glass with sparkling water.
  • Need sangría quick? Squeeze half of the clementines into a pitcher; add the remaining slices to the pitcher, then top with chilled wine and sugar-free drink mix. Toss frozen blackberries into the wine and serve immediately. No infusing time required!
