Ingredients

Steps

  • 1
Cook beef in 10-skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain. Mix 2 cups water, the soy sauce, molasses, ginger, garlic powder and 3 tablespoons Bisquick; stir into beef mixture. Stir in frozen vegetables. Cook about 1 minute, stirring frequently, until boiling.
  • 2
Stir remaining ingredients until soft dough forms. Drop by 6 spoonfuls onto boiling beef mixture; reduce heat.
  • 3
Cook uncovered 10 minutes. Cover and cook 10 minutes longer.

Tips from the Betty Crocker Kitchens

  • tip 1
Use a 20-ounce package of a frozen meat and vegetable combination instead of the ground beef and frozen stir-fry vegetables.
  • tip 2
Chill one or two 15 1/4-ounce cans of tropical fruit salad. Serve the fruit in individual small glass dishes and, for an added touch, sprinkle with shredded coconut.
  • tip 3
Garnish this flavorful dinner with crushed red pepper. It adds a touch of color and an extra spark of flavor.
