    Heat oven to 350°F. Spray bottom only of 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.

    In large bowl, stir cookie mix, oil, water and egg until soft dough forms. Press in pan. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool 5 minutes.

    In small microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate and butterscotch chips on High 1 to 1 1/2 minutes; stir until smooth. Spread over bars. Refrigerate about 30 minutes or until chocolate is set.
