Four ingredients are all you need to have this great smoothie ready. Chocolate, peanut, banana and soymilk come together in this chilled beverage.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe medium bananas, peeled, cut into 2-inch chunks
  • 2 cups chocolate-flavored soymilk or chocolate-flavored fat-free (skim) milk
  • 3 tablespoons chocolate topping
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter

Steps

    Freeze banana chunks 2 hours.
  • 2
    In blender, place frozen banana chunks and remaining ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth. Serve immediately.

    To freeze bananas, peel and freeze at least 2 hours or overnight. Or whenever you have a banana that is too ripe to eat, just toss it in the freezer for making this popular shake.
