Ingredients

  • 4 tortilla bowls from 1 package (6.7 oz) Old El Paso™ Flour Soft Tortilla Bowls (8 Count)
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 oz)

Toppings, as desired

  • Sliced olives
  • Pepperoni
  • Crumbled cooked sausage
  • Diced cooked bacon
  • Chopped tomatoes
  • Chopped onions
  • Sliced mushrooms
  • Sliced or chopped bell peppers
  • Cut-up ham
  • Cut-up pineapple

Steps

    Heat oven to 350° F. Line cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper or foil. Set aside.

    Set up boat-building station with boats, pizza sauce, cheese and a variety of pizza toppings.
  • 3
    Have each person place 2 tablespoons pizza sauce in bottom of boat. Fill with favorite pizza toppings, topping each boat with 1/4 cup shredded cheese. Place on cookie sheet.

    Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until cheese is melted and boat edges start to turn golden.
