The crowd will go wild for this snack mix packed with some serious flavor thanks to Buffalo wing sauce, ranch and cheesy crackers.

Ingredients

  • 9 cups Corn Chex™ cereal or Wheat Chex™ cereal (or combination)
  • 2 cups bite-size pretzel twists
  • 2 cups bite-size Cheddar cheese crackers
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup Buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 package (1 oz) ranch dressing and seasoning mix

Steps

    In large microwavable bowl, mix cereal, pretzels and crackers; set aside.

    In small microwavable bowl, microwave butter uncovered on High 40 seconds or until melted. Stir in Buffalo wing sauce and ranch dressing mix. Pour over cereal mixture; stir until evenly coated.

    Microwave uncovered on High 4 to 5 minutes, thoroughly stirring every 2 minutes. Spread on cooking parchment paper or paper towels to cool. Store in airtight container.

    For those who like a lot of heat, stir 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper into the butter mixture for a real kick.

    Make this mix your own by experimenting with different ingredients. Swap out the Cheddar cheese crackers for Parmesan crackers, or use pretzel rods instead of twists. Roasted peanuts also make a great addition!
