Brown rice takes a little longer to cook than white rice varieties. To shorten your prep time, look for bags of frozen cooked brown rice in the frozen vegetable section of your grocery store.
Stir-fry sauces are available in many varieties, from mild to hot and spicy, salty or with reduced sodium. Look for them in the Asian foods section of your supermarket.
