Bloody Mary Waffle Bites

Ingredients
Waffles
- 1 cup Bisquick™ Original pancake and baking mix
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Bloody Mary seasoning
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup finely chopped tomato
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
Topping
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
- 1 teaspoon Bloody Mary seasoning
Instructions

Step1Brush waffle maker with vegetable oil or spray with cooking spray. Heat waffle maker.

Step2In medium bowl, mix all Waffle ingredients except tomato and celery until well blended. Stir in tomato and celery.

Step3Pour about 1/3 cup of batter onto center of hot waffle maker. Close lid of waffle maker.

Step4Bake 1 to 2 minutes or until waffle is golden brown. Carefully remove waffle to cooling rack; repeat with remaining batter.

Step5In small bowl, mix Topping ingredients until well blended.

Step6Cut each waffle into 8 wedges. To toast waffles, heat oven to 350°F. Place ovenproof wire rack on large rimmed baking sheet. Place waffle wedges on rack. Bake 2 to 3 minutes or until crisp.

Step7Spoon about 1/2 teaspoon Topping onto each wedge. Serve warm.
