Ingredients

Spaghetti

  • 1 lb bulk Italian sausage
  • 3 cups hot water
  • 1 box Hamburger Helper™ spaghetti
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon Frank's™ RedHot™ Original cayenne pepper sauce
  • 3 tablespoons vodka

Garnishes

  • Pimiento or garlic-stuffed olives
  • Tiny gherkins
  • Celery sticks with leaves
  • Tiny hot peppers
  • Lime wedges

Steps

    In 10-inch skillet, cook sausage until no longer pink; drain. Stir in hot water, sauce mix and uncooked pasta (from Hamburger Helper box), Worcestershire sauce and pepper sauce. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.

    Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. Remove from heat; uncover. Stir in vodka. Let stand 10 minutes (sauce will thicken as it stands).

    Serve in bowls; top with garnishes as desired.
