Our extra creamy Avocado Lime Ranch Dip is the perfect party accompaniment for chips.

  • 1 medium Hass avocado, halved, pitted
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice


  • Multigrain Sweet Potato Chips-Sea Salt


  • 1
    Scoop avocado flesh away from skin; place in food processor or blender. Add remaining Dip ingredients. Cover; process or blend on high speed until all ingredients are well combined.
  • 2
    Garnish dip with additional cilantro. Serve with sweet potato chips.

  • If you don’t like the taste of cilantro, fresh Italian (flat-leaf) parsley can be substituted.
  • Recipe can easily be doubled or tripled.
